Under GDPR and UK GDPR, you may request erasure of your personal data where:

2. How to Request Deletion

3. What Happens After Your Request

  1. Identity verification — We confirm your identity to protect your data
  2. Request review — We assess the request within 5 business days
  3. Deletion executed — Eligible data is permanently deleted within 30 days
  4. Confirmation sent — You receive an email confirmation

4. What Gets Deleted

  • Account and profile information
  • Contact details (name, email, phone)
  • Usage data and activity logs
  • Marketing preferences and communication history

5. Data We May Retain

  • Financial records – retained for 7 years (tax and accounting requirements)
  • Dispute data – retained if needed to resolve active disputes
  • Legal obligations – data required by applicable law or regulation

6. Account Closure

A data deletion request results in permanent and irreversible closure of your Zenattica account. Active subscriptions will be cancelled and service access terminated immediately.
