Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your access to and use of services provided by Zenattica LTD ("Company", "we", "us"), including new.zenattica.com/ and crm.zenattica.com.

1. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract, and provide accurate registration information.

2. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate and complete information, keep your credentials confidential, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at info@zenattica.com.

3. Services

Ad Account Access

Zenattica provides access to agency-level advertising accounts on third-party platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Bigo, Microsoft Ads). These accounts remain the property of Zenattica or its partners. Access is granted on a rental/subscription basis.

Account Management

Clients are responsible for managing their campaigns. Zenattica does not manage campaigns unless explicitly agreed in writing.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our Services to:

• Advertise illegal products or services
• Promote content violating advertising platform policies
• Engage in deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent advertising
• Infringe intellectual property rights of third parties
• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
• Resell or sublicense account access without written permission

5. Payment Terms

All fees are payable at time of order. We accept major credit cards, wire transfer, and other methods listed on our platform. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on new.zenattica.com/ — including logos, text, graphics, and software — is the property of Zenattica LTD and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Zenattica’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for losses from platform policy changes or account bans by third-party platforms
• We are not liable for lost revenue or business interruption

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with 7 days written notice. We may terminate immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to our platform or other clients. Upon termination, access is revoked and outstanding fees become immediately due.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Before litigation, parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. We will provide at least 14 days notice of material changes via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
